The grill isn't a perfect Fit only because the new plug in burner it sits on is slightly bent. Otherwise, it looks great. Improved the look of my stove greatly. Almost looks like new again. Lynn P Chaska , MN April 18, 2015 The heating element on my jenn air indoor grill fried out and needed to be repaired I purchased the repair kit (which includes the element and the two grill grates). It looks wonderful, just like new, and it works beautifully. The only interesting glitch is that with the new element the vent fan does not automatically come on when turned to the on position. Andrew G Raleigh , NC June 28, 2015 Appliance: Model JED 8230ADS Heat element burnt through and started sparking I ordered the element and grill kit for the Jenn-Air downdraft grill. When the new parts arrived it appeared to be different with only three pins not four like the old one. After I looked more closely at the old part I discovered that the ceramic part came off and it had the 4th pin in the ceramic block. Once I put the block on the new part it all looked and worked perfect. It is now just like new. Read More...
