I was pretty convinced that the control panel was the problem, part number AP4396791. First I made sure that I could return it if it wasn't the problem. Return policy is second to none. Love these guys. So the part arrived, I had the back of the stove off in minutes. I went slow swapping the plugs so I didn't make any mistakes, had it all back together and working perfect in less than 35 minutes.
