Video on how to install was too generic to be helpful but found good videos on YouTube. Used the 800 number and talked to a technician. He was terrific. Accurate in his assessment, encouraging and delivered. Local appliance repair guy wanted $550 to do the job and couldn't get here for two weeks. I did it for the cost of the board which was $300.
