There was even an installation video, which I could not believe, for such an easy fix. Appliance Parts Pros makes it much easier to take on basic dishwasher repairs, especially replacement of parts inside the dishwasher, such as dish racks. I have ordered parts twice for our Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Both times the parts came in a couple of days and were exactly the parts needed.
