Whirlpool WPW10524920 Rinse Aid Cap OEM Part

The repair took less than 5 minutes. It is too bad that just the rubber seal is not available. Seems wasteful to have to replace the whole tube when nothing else was wrong with it. We also needed a new cap for the jet dry container. The cap alone was not listed but I looked at caps that were available for other units and crossed it over.

Ordered a replacement cap and installed it. took only seconds and fits perfectly.

Called and ordered the part from the model number. The first part was the wrong one for my dishwasher. I called and they sent the right one with fast delivery.

I replaced the cap, which fit perfectly. I discovered the problem on OCT 5th, located the part at this site and ordered it on the evening of the 6th, got an e-mail on the 7th telling me it had shipped, and Fed Ex delivered it on the 8th. And that was STANDARD shipping!! If I had selected the FAST shipping, these folks would have had it delivered before the old one melted.

With the help of one of the sales associate we found the right cap and got it in the mail a few days after, the part was exactly what I needed.
