James T Kent , OH November 25, 2014 Broken knob on my whirlpool stove I called multiple appliance stores in my local area and was informed the part had to be ordered and would take 3 to 5 days to have shipped in. A couple of places wouldn't even quote a time frame. I found your web site and was easily directed to my model stove and the parts available. If I ordered that day, you guaranteed they would ship that day. When I ordered the part I chose to use ground and was 2 to 5 day shipping but the price was reasonable.
