Beatrice G Coxs Mills , WV April 25, 2016 Appliance: Magic Chef Free Standing Gas Range 3100PPW-K The knob that controled the oven heat was broken on one and the numbers were woren off the dial on the other not really complicated to repair but to obtain the correct knob was nearly impossible I contacted AppliancePartsPros.com., and with a little assistance from me in researching the Model numbers we located the corrected knob and it was on it's way in no time. Everyone is satisfied with the part that we received it worked just like the first one did.
