Art B Mahopac , NY June 07, 2016 Bake element burned out in 25+ year old kitchenaid oven Turned off 40 Amp breaker. Removed shelves from oven. Removed two screws in back panel holding element in place. Slowly pulled element free making sure wires stayed attached and not lost in oven insulation. Removed two wires from old element. Attached wires to new element. Pushed wires back into oven rear wall. Reinstalled the previously removed two screws. Turned on breaker. Total time less than 10 minutes.
