Lewis S Palo Alto , CA July 31, 2016 The existing lens was crazed and in need of replacement I removed the single screw that held the existing lens in place and removed the lens. I then used an awl to properly line up the new lens in place, since it is in an inconvenient spot inside the dryer drum. Then I taped the lens in place temporarily with blue tape, removed the awl and re-installed the screw and tightened it securely. I finished the job by removing the blue tape. More seriously, over the years I've used appliance parts pros to order repair parts for my dishwasher, my refrigerator, my washer, and my dryer.
