Elizabeth D Tucson , AZ January 15, 2017 Appliance: Whirlpool Refrigerator ED5FHAXST01 The water and ice levers had hard water stains on them that we couldn't get off and it made the whole refrigerator look terrible We ordered two new levers (parts #11 & #17). They came in two days--amazing! We watched the video for the ice lever, which was very helpful. However, we were looking for a separate video to show us how to switch out the water lever. Apparently there isn't a specific video for the water lever. It was easy enough, but it would have been nice to have the other video at least mention how to take out the water lever, and to have it labeled as such. It took us about an hour to complete the project, including cleaning the area well once we had the old levers off. It looks like we have a new refrigerator! Thank you for your website! PS You need masking tape to hold up the covers while you are working, and a good light or a helper holding a flashlight. To hold up the big cover we used a small bungee cord and hooked it onto the hinge on the top of the refrigerator.
