James W Brandon , MS April 07, 2015 Appliance: Model MAJIC CHEF 36' COOK TOP MODEL 8720 VQ Switch to stove eye would no work and light lindicating an eye was on was broke on 36" cook top Went to google and found "Appliance Pros" Information. Pulled up a complete diagram of the cook top. Called and ordered the Switch Kit by describing it from the diagram this was April 1, 2015. I had been told by TWO parts house that the Indicator Light part had been discounted, but you could still get the Lens. On the morning of April 2, 2015 I again called "Appliance Pros" and to my surprise they were able to furnish both of these parts. Since they were in the packing stage on the Switch they added the Light Indicator and Lens and shipped them together and only charged one shipping charge. I received these parts on April 4, 2015 and the were exactly what I needed and had good instruction and diagrams on how to install. Installed on April 5, 2015 and they worked perfectly. Robert M Chula Vista , CA January 15, 2018 Appliance: Magic Chef Electric Cooktop CEC1536AAC The switch kit needed to be replaced while replacing that i found two other issues that also needed to be fixed Fortunately, I had purchased the first switch for the stove but had not looked underneath the cook top. When the first switch arrived, I discovered that the switch I intended to be replace would have to be put on hold because I discovered another switch that had failed and was a current electrical hazard. I also discovered that the Indicator light was just barely hanging on and needed to be replaced. I immediately went back online to your store and ordered the pieces I needed. Super easy, super fast and more importantly, you had what I needed and shipped it very fast. It all works now and is safe. Thank you!!
