Description

This membrane key is the thin, flexible keypad used on the appliance control panel to register user button presses and maintain a sealed front surface. It restores reliable button response and protects the underlying switches from wear and moisture. What it does:

• Acts as the tactile surface for front-panel buttons and delivers input to the control board
• Replaces worn, cracked, or unresponsive keys that cause missed or inconsistent button presses
• Protects switches and electronics beneath the panel from spills, grease, and everyday wear
• Helps restore a clean, finished look to a damaged or discolored control area

What's included:

• One membrane key as shown

Install notes:

• Disconnect power (unplug or shut off breaker) before beginning any service
• Typically requires removing the control panel or console trim to access and replace the membrane
• Handle carefully to avoid creasing or puncturing the thin membrane during installation
• After installation, reconnect power and verify all buttons register correctly
