Patricia A Lake Oswego , OR November 21, 2016 Appliance: Maytag Electric Dryer MDE5500AYW Dryer not turning Replaced all damaged parts, rear drum rollers, front drum 'bearings', felt seal infront of drum, idler pulley and arm. Lastly replaced motor. Hopefully will work for another 11 years?? Videos were awesome, telephone assistance was great as welll. Thank you. I was able to take the dryer apart remove all defective parts. Reinstalled new drive motor, blower wheel, belt and drum support rollers. I'm 66 years old and when the parts arrived, I installed everything within 2 hours and my dryer runs like new. This was a lot cheaper than buying a new washer and dryer.
