Richard R Fremont , OH October 19, 2015 Appliance: Admiral Refrigerator NT17H4 Noisy evaporator motor 30 year old admiral nt17h4 Replaced evaporator motor. The first replacement motor sent was not the right part. Appliance Parts Pros Customer Service was extremely helpful and found another replacement part, shipped it and arranged the return. The new replacement part was still not 100% correct. The mounting screws and fan shaft were smaller. I was able to mount the fan and shimmed the motor shaft to fan blade snuggly and it works great and is quiet. Since the refrigerator is 30 years old, I was happy to get a part that worked. No doubt that old motors were built more rugged than newer things but that is the way our world is anymore. Also, the diagram for this refrigerator on your web site was very helpful and helped me figure out how to get to this motor. I was not able to figure this out without a diagram.
