Alan H Charlottesville , VA April 23, 2016 The range hood motor / fan assembly was burnt out ( 14 years old ) since the venting ducts were going to be difficult to disconnect and re install i decided to just replace the motor assembly I ordered a replacement motor assembly and removed the old unit and installed the new part. The total time for the switch was 20 minutes. This was much cheaper than installing a new range hood.
