Gary D New Port Richey , FL June 27, 2016 The in the door ice dispenser would not dispense whole cubes I followed the instructional video on your website. I removed the access cover and then removed the 4 screws holding the old motor in place. Removed the wiring harness clip. Carefully removed the old motor so as to not allow the shaft to come all the way out and displace the spring at the top of the shaft. (great tip from the video). Installed the new motor. The most difficult part of the job was putting the screws back in. I would have liked to have had a magnetic nut driver. It would have made it so much easier.
