Ernell K Mableton , GA March 12, 2014 Microwave turntable motor Such a painless repair. Rather than calling out a repairman or replacing the whole unit I used some common sense and went to your website after troubleshooting the part. I purchased the part, and it arrived quicker than expected; I don't think it was 3 days. Took less than 10 minutes to replace. I didn't have to use your website for a manual, but it's good to know there is one there. Thanks! Definitely will be back if need be.
