Terry G Rochester Hills , MI April 21, 2015 Appliance: Model MAYTAG MMV5000BDQ Microwave turntable motor was faulty I replaced turntable motor with duplicate part. Motor is accessable from bottom of microwave. First, unplug micro wave. Remove bottom cover. Then unplug motor, remove screws and motor easily drops out. Connect leads to new motor and put motor in place. Rotate turntable rotor inside microwave until it aligns with the motor shaft. Install screws. Replace bottom cover.
