Michelle F Independance , KS July 03, 2015 I needed a new window ac filter I replaced the AC filter and thanks to the good customer service, I was able to order the correct filter. The window AC is an older model and required the new style filters. This is something that I didn't know and representative was knowledgeable of the change. Thank you! PS.
