Mark E Avon , NY September 29, 2014 Appliance: Maytag Free Standing Gas Range PGR4410CDW Gas tubes to the orifice were cracked/leaking I have a sealed cook top gas range. I lifted the cook top without removing the burner set screws thus breaking the two gas tubes to the front burners...dumb move. I ordered two new burner orifice assemblies and replaced the broken ones in about 15 minutes. It's a very easy fix. Remove burners by turning counterclockwise, unhook ignitor and ground wires, remove set screw (one under each burner), lift range top, loosen the brass nuts on each gas tube, remove damaged assemblies.
