Description

This orifice holder serves the gas surface burner position designated TCB. It directs gas from the valve to the burner and provides a stable mount for the igniter and burner head to maintain reliable ignition and flame performance.

• Routes gas from the manifold/valve through the orifice to the burner head
• Supports proper alignment of the burner head and cap
• Provides mounting point for the surface igniter/electrode
• Failure symptoms include a burner that won't light or is slow to ignite, weak or uneven flame, or igniter clicking without ignition on that burner

What's included: One TCB-designated orifice holder. Install notes:

• Disconnect power and shut off the gas supply before servicing
• Allow the cooktop/range to cool completely
• Remove burner cap and head; lift top as required. Transfer the brass orifice and igniter/electrode from the old holder if applicable, then install the new holder
• Reassemble, restore gas/power, and check all connections for leaks with a soap solution. Verify proper ignition and flame
