Dennis F Fountain Valley , CA January 15, 2016 I was getting the f7 error code displayed on the front panel tapping on the numeric keys would let me clear the error for a few days The repair was pretty straight forward. I did have an issue replacing the plastic side trim pieces. The new panel was thicker than the original one. It looked like the powder coded paint was thicker on the edges. I had to file the slot in the end pieces to get them to go into place on the new one. Otherwise everything look and works great so far. Read More... They shipped my order the same day and some how I got it in 1 day! I replaced the part in 30 minutes with my son's help (probably 20 without his help, LOL) and it fixed the problem the range works like new now. Margaret F Perryopolis , PA November 03, 2015 Appliance: Jenn-Air Self Cleaning Slide-In Electric Range SCE30600BC My jenn air range clock became dim oven did not attain the set temperature all burners and other elements heated Tiffany helped me to choose the 2 parts that would most likely fix the problem. The parts arrived in amazingly short time. My husband opened the electric range front and replaced the Oven Control Board in less than 30 minutes. Didn't even need to pull out the slide in range. We returned the Overlay Assembly as it was not needed. Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and courteous. Read More...
