Brian M Charles Town , WV July 18, 2016 Appliance: Model KENMORE 10657285790 Kennmore side by side not cooling Diagnosed from watching some of the videos provided online by AppliancePartsPros. From the videos, I learned it was a 99.8% probability that it was a combination of the evaporator fan, compressor relay & overload. Ordered the parts & installed. My 18 year Kenmore runs like new again. It runs perfect & the whole repair took about 1.25 hours. Total cost of doing it myself was about 128.00. Folks, trust me, you can do it. Just be absolutely sure that the parts you order are only the parts you need & are the correct parts for your particular model.
