Steve L Bothell , WA January 14, 2019 Appliance: Jenn-Air Refrigerator JSD2789HES The water and ice dispenser would not stop running when the glass was removed I replaced the actuator pad as the old one was worn and had lost its springiness. Even after replacing it the problem was still intermittent so I installed a spring inside the pad which solved the problem. As long as I had thing apart I also replaced the door flap and center strike bracket which was partially broken.
