There was a delay in receiving the vegetable drawer due to a manufacturer delay. The company kept me updated on the date for replacement drawer by regular emails. They also let me know when the items shipped. I had asked a few questions before ordering and customer service was quick to respond. I would order again from this company. It was a pain and I was considering just getting a new refrigerator I looked online for a new replacement drawer. Found one here. I ordered it, and it came quickly.
