The contact points were not large enough in relation to force when the drawer was opened or closed. The solution was to order a new drawer. The ordering process was easy and shipping quick. These replacement drawers slid right in after removing the protective plastic. Bryan H Savannah , GA August 09, 2016 One of the corners that holds the front piece broke off of the snack drawer (same story different customer) Pulled out broken drawer; emptied contents onto a clean, slip-resistant surface; discarded broken drawer; cleaned new drawer with warm water and a mild dish detergent; dried new drawer; installed new drawer and placed contents into drawer.
