James R Ekron , KY February 14, 2017 Refrigerator not cooling, freezer working, appliance repair service through GE 2 weeks away Did some on-line research and a Word from God to check the fresh food fan. Removed the lower drawers and hardware to access the fan in the back bottom of the fridge, found not working, moved the fan to pull it it started working but a little noisy. Order a replacement fan kit, it arrived in less then 48 hours. Installed it and within 24 hours the fridge was back to 39 degrees. Thanks Appliance Parts Pros for your fast an available parts. More important thank you Jesus for the word of knowledge and the ability to do the work.
