James R Ekron , KY February 14, 2017 Refrigerator not cooling, freezer working, appliance repair service through GE 2 weeks away Did some on-line research and a Word from God to check the fresh food fan. Removed the lower drawers and hardware to access the fan in the back bottom of the fridge, found not working, moved the fan to pull it it started working but a little noisy. Order a replacement fan kit, it arrived in less then 48 hours. Installed it and within 24 hours the fridge was back to 39 degrees. Thanks Appliance Parts Pros for your fast an available parts. Mary H Beaverton , OR November 13, 2018 Appliance: Model WITH GREAT DIFFICULTY ON THE INTERNET, Pan crispr or vegetable crisper broken stud from a different appliance Longest part of this fix was figuring out the actual part. Dimensions listed made this easier. Too many different Crisp Pans under different names. Watched the online video which made this literally a snap (white strip from original pan) moved to new pan and wallah. The stud replacement was a little more difficult, again I watched the video but did not have the right size wrench suggested. Used a different tool but same instruction and was successful.
