Whirlpool WPW10256801 Crisper Pan OEM Part

I purchased replacement parts to completely replace basket, face plate, and rollers. I received exactly what I ordered. The only problem I had was removing the part(s) from the shipping box. I thought the part came assembled (as rollers had been installed onto the basket), but the face plate had not been snapped into place. When I removed everything from the shipping box as one piece, the face plate fell off, hit the tile floor, and cracked. Bummer. Since the original face plate was in good shape, I attached it to the new basket and was good to go. Note that the rollers & axels are easy to remove/install, so I could have used the old ones and not ordered new ones.

Ordered a new crisper draw from AppliancePartsPro and replaced the draw. As simple repair, but wanted to be sure I ordered the correct part. Diagrams on their web site helped. Ordering was easy and part shipped quickly. Part was exact and replacement went very well.
