Bryan S Owensboro , KY April 13, 2018 Drawers broken and bar missing from bottom shelf on door of Whirlpool refrigerator. Looked up the parts list and diagram by serial number. Found the correct part numbers and ordered 2 crisper drawers, the meat drawer and the bar that holds bottles on the bottom shelf of the door. The diagram showed endcaps needed on the bar, but that was only for if the bar was for the freezer door. Parts were a little expensive, but we're beautiful and delivered in just a few days. I have endcaps I don't need, but might need someday if any of them in the freezer we're to break. Overall, it like having a new refrigerator for a fraction of the price. Great service. It slid in place perfect. I have not changed the light switch yet but I did watch your video and it should be no problem for me also. I will change it when I can't stand the old one any longer. Vicki F Vestavia , AL February 06, 2015 Meat drawer was damaged and would not slide properly I ordered a replacement drawer from AppliancePartsPROS.com which arrived in two days. I removed the rack the broken drawer hung from in order to remove the broken drawer. I removed the trim strip on the broken drawer and put it on the new drawer. I replaced the rack with the new drawer in the refrigerator and loaded my food into it. It works great!
