Sandra F Woodbridge , CT August 23, 2015 Touch buttons on control panel of amana wall oven not working After 3 years of different buttons failing we were at a cross roads to either replace the oven or repair it. The problem with the repair was we have a Black oven and the only control panel we could get was Stainless Steel. We are both retired and on a very limited income - we decided to miss match the unit, after all we were down to ONE button working. The control panel came in quickly and in perfect condition. We pulled out the oven, removed the old control panel, NOTED which cables went where and then replaced it with the new one. Pretty simple! Now ALL the buttons work!! HUGE savings for us! New oven was about $900 part was $200. Every penny counts and saving 70,000 pennies will go along way. Read More...
