Brian R Manchester , NJ July 25, 2014 Whirlpool oven wouldn't go on suspected touch pad Called Appliance Pros and spoke with 2 customer service techs/reps. They also suspected the problem was the Panrl Control (touchpad), and suggested I get one. My concern was being stuck with it if replacement didn't fix the problem, but they assured me it could be returned as long as it was it the same condition I received it in. Happily, the problem was resolved with the help of these techs (Steven was one of them...). Thank-you you very much!
