Jack B Eagle River , AK October 25, 2014 The control panel quit working I talked to the online help chat and between us decided to buy a new panel, it arrived I followed the easy instructions and installed it. I turned the power back on and it didn't light up so I thought darn I have the wrong part, ordered more and waited, later that day it started to work so new order was cancelled and it is still working great.
