Ralph H Cleveland , OK May 13, 2017 The door would stick shut after a compression cycle After trying extra screws on the pedal and rails, I read how others had fixed a similar problem by purchasing the rollers that mount on the rails at the opening. I decided to replace all of the rollers and the pedal, just in case the pedal had worn at the contact area. We have cycled the machine 3-4 times with the new parts and I can still open the door with about the same amount of force as when it was new. I just followed the instructions that were included except I had to take the front sheet metal cover loose along the sides to get a socket on the hex nut. I did not completely remove the sheet metal, just gently pulled it back enough to gain access. Read More...
