Steve S Telluride , CO September 24, 2016 Replacing parts on an 10 year old dishwasher rack a jennair product Fortunately everything snapped on except one part. I've reordered the right part. BTW Appliance Parts Pros is absolutely the best place to source parts. Most places just don't seem to stock anything. I've never had a problem with this company. In fact, the parts are usually at our door in 2-3 days. Never ever thought I'd enjoy ordering appliance parts. This company has changed the way I shop for parts. 5 Stars!! Andrew J Portsmouth , NH October 02, 2017 Broken tine row pivot. A couple of missing wheels on the lower tray and broken pivots and latches had made our dishwasher inconvenient to use. I had replaced those parts earlier using this website. A tine row pivot broke recently. As you'd expect, it's easy to snap in a new one. Dishwasher is old enough that some parts are prone to breaking. The extra parts are spares. Andy H Kenmore , WA January 14, 2019 Broken part in dishwasher We ordered the parts as identified by the catalog, but they did not match. I called and worked with a helpful representative, who used a picture to finally discover the part had been redesigned. I figured out a way to make them work, so I am satisfied. However, the extra help was greatly appreciated. Andy Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
Allen H Woodinville , WA August 22, 2017 Appliance: Maytag Undercounter Dishwasher JDB1100AWS36 Dishwasher was failing to drain more and more frequently customer also noted they were dissatisfied with cleaning performance. Initial thoughts were a clogged drain, or failed drain motor. Disassembling the lower impeller assembly and checking the lines all the way through to the garbage disposal proved that wasn't the problem. In the process I found the tech sheet behind the kick panel (and a slow leak in the supply line, but that's a different story) which showed the key combination for putting the washer in test mode. Used that to prove the drain motor was working fine. With all of the mechanical possibilities eliminated, was left with the chance that it was a failing relay on the control board. Eight screws, three nuts later and all was back together. Customer is very happy! Threw in a couple of tine clips which had broken over the years, and she was even more pleased! Read More...
