Mark A Sault Ste. Marie , MI December 21, 2014 Wouldn't agitate Used the schematic on the back and traced it to the water level switch. I had a temporary solution using a 3-way light switch and manually switched it so that the machine would run and I would have clean clothes. I live in Canada on the border with Michigan but I tried to order the part from Sears canada. Dealing with a French accent from Quebec I waited 2 months and never received the part. so i cancelled and ordered from APP. Because I was having it shipped to a difference address that was on my credit card (USA vs Canada) , the order didn't go thru. I got this phone call from the sweet sounding Tennessee accent and we fixed the order problem. I received the part in just a few days. I installed it and it worked perfectly. Thank-you APP.
