Description

This quality drain pump is designed to fit washing machines. It's an internal part that is tasked with removing the water that is in the tub during the spin cycle. The pump forces the water in the bottom to go up into the drain hose. The hose loops up to the top of the washing machine and then down to the drain so the tub can easily fill. If the pump is starting to fail, a humming noise may be present.If the washing machine drain pump needs to be replaced, unplug the appliance from the wall or turn off the circuit breaker. The water source should also be turned off throughout the process. Remove the washer face to get access to the drain pump.
