William H Buffalo , NY December 27, 2014 Crazy squealing noise while dryer was spinning took drum out and the roller and shaft was worn on the left side while i had it apart i noticed a crack in the pulley idler Decided to order the kit with both rollers even thou the right one looked OK.Also ordered the pulley for the idler. Watched the video for the pulley installation,super helpful on a couple of the steps!! Everything went great. A 14 year old dryer still has life! Parts ordering and delivery was also great!!!
