Did not need the receptacle, so returned it, but did have to order the contact and lead wire that burned out in it, and what really caused the whole problem. David H Bonne Terre , MO January 15, 2017 Appliance: Jenn-Air Electric Downdraft Surface Unit CVE4270W-C Connection in ceramic was bad We could not get the wires to come out of the ceramic outlet until it finally broke. We ordered the ceramic outlet and the wiring harness. The wiring harness was not the right one but I made it work. The old wires have "built" in jumpers, but the new ones don't.
