Whirlpool WPW10289489 Refrigerator Door Shelf Bin OEM Part

I fixed my fridge freezer side by side, first by watching appliance parts pros video to see if i could fix it, second i purchsed the part again from APP, received within 2 days, followed video and now the freezer is frozen and the fridge is at 38 degrees and wonderful. Thanks again appliance parts pros for the great videos. I have used and repaired many items and saved a ton of service call money.

Ordered replacement. The hard part was figuring the exact part to purchase. There were several somewhat different shelves with the same key letter in the exploded parts diagram. The shelf didn’t seem exactly to match any, based on the graph-paper part description. So I measured about three times and ordered the one that seemed closest. It was the one! Three minutes to empty the old shelf, pop it out of the door, remove the mat, pop the new one in, and replace the mat and items.

APP rocked, I searched for the parts online, they had all 3 parts I needed and even price matched one that I found for a little less at another location. All 3 parts arrived the next day!!! Parts were exactly what I ordered, unfortunately one came slightly damaged. With one phone email showing a picture of the damage and a phone call, they immediately shipped a replacement which again, arrived the very next day!! Outstanding service, thank you APP

The replacement door shelf for the door to the Kenmore refrigerator fit fine and work properly.
