Description

This chute door retainer secures the ice chute door in place so the dispenser opens and closes properly, helping keep ice inside the bin and preventing jams at the dispenser opening. What it does:

• Helps ensure the ice door seals and swings closed to keep cold air in the bin
• Reduces jammed or stuck ice at the dispenser opening

Install notes:

• Disconnect power to the refrigerator before beginning any service
• Remove ice bin and any obstructions, then unclip or unscrew the old retainer and replace with the new part
