Nick M Azusa , CA October 26, 2018 Appliance: Whirlpool Refrigerator GSS26C5XXY02 The crisper face plate separated from the basket due to a failure of the basket I purchased replacement parts to completely replace basket, face plate, and rollers. I received exactly what I ordered. The only problem I had was removing the part(s) from the shipping box. I thought the part came assembled (as rollers had been installed onto the basket), but the face plate had not been snapped into place. When I removed everything from the shipping box as one piece, the face plate fell off, hit the tile floor, and cracked. Bummer. Since the original face plate was in good shape, I attached it to the new basket and was good to go. Note that the rollers & axels are easy to remove/install, so I could have used the old ones and not ordered new ones. Patricia G Minneapolis , MN February 09, 2026 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL W11773992 TRACK OEM PART Vegetable bins middle track wheel snapped off Easy installation by removing two screws, removing the track with the broken wheel (why are these now made out of plastic when cold will make them weak and crack?), cleaned up the refrigerator bottom, (removed right and left tracks to clean up too), and then reused the screws to anchor. Easy breezy and nice and cleenzy. Delivery was several days ahead of schedule, without paying extra for shipping. Read More...
