Whirlpool WP4161607 Upper Rack Roller (Dishwasher), Single OEM Part

I unsuccessfully tried several referrals to find replacement upper rack rollers locally and online using the dishwasher model number. When i checked my personal list of prior contacts for help, I came across the number for Appliance replacement parts and called. In less than five minutes, the "live chat" person found my model number replacement number, the new part number, and a picture of the part to confirm it was the part for which I was looking. I believed it was the correct part. ordered it, and the part was delivered by Fedx to my home in less than 24 hours. Two hours later following the included directions in the parts packaging, the parts were installed and my dishwasher was again operational. I was delighted to go from believing I would have to replace my dishwasher to running a load of dirty dishes using both upper and lower dish racks. I was also very pleased the parts were reasonably priced.

My KitchenAid dishwasher is about 26 years old, but still working fine. The top rack wheels needed replacement which I ordered from Appliance Parts Pros. They arrived the next day and I installed them and now the rack rolls much better. Great and helpful service, especially for a 26 year old dishwasher. Thanks!
