Barbara E Baltimore , MD January 03, 2020 Appliance: KitchenAid Microwave Hood Combo KHMS155LSS4 As others reported the plastic masquerading as stainless steel on Kitchenaid microwave fails (mine lasted since 2006!) the vent fell off due to broken clips. Just unscrewed from the top metal, used the bottom tabs to position the new vent in place and snapped in the top. Used the two new screws I bought to screw it back. Less than 5 minutes! Read More... Rick B Los Angeles , CA December 16, 2019 Broken plastic door handle on microwave. Removed 3 screws on the edge of the door and pulled on the plastic door cover off. It took a little finagling all around door cover but it came off. Just a note: the door Hinge side doesn’t pop off. You start pulling at the handle side and once it’s off the door push the panel towards the hinges to get that end off. It’s really simple. Read More...
