Donald M Nyack , NY January 27, 2017 Refridgerator bottom doo seal cracked and broken at top The replacement part was delivered in 2 days. The instructional video was for a side-by-side so our top freezer model required removing the freezer door to lift off the fridge door. I put the freezer door back on and tapped flattened cardboard boxes across fridge opening. I removed the screws from the old seal, soaked the new seal in warm water to soften, and then installed the new seal starting with opposite corners.Getting the screws reinserted is a bit of a chore as the need to fold back the seal to reveal the screw hole tends to pull the seal back from between the layer of the door and the inner liner. So some screws had to be done twice as we discovered the screws missed the holes in seal. It definitely helps to have two people for this job. Overall very straightforward with minor fumbling with reinserting the screws. Read More... 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 1-2 hours Tools: Socket Set
