Pamela M New Castle , DE August 19, 2019 Appliance: Model KENMORE 2800 ?? 2011 Water was leaking out the bottom in the front of the washer. Googled to see if I could find out what was causing my washing machine leak and came upon your site. Determined it was the drain pump. Watched the video a few times and ordered the drain pump for my model washer. My husband tilted the washer while I took out the old pump and replaced it with the new one. OMG! It was exactly like the video. EXACTLY. And fairly easy. And now my washer does not leak. I have bookmarked your site so that if any appliance fails, I will go to your site. Thank you!!!!!
