William H Sierra Vista , AZ December 17, 2014 Appliance: Amana Refrigerator ABD2533DEQ A refrigerator door would not seal it had been blown off in a wind storm A friends family had left her refrigerator out on a porch while they were remodeling the house she was supposed to move into. A wind storm blew the refrigerator off the porch and tore the door off. It wasn't dented at all, but when her son pu the door back on, it wouldn't seal. She asked for some help fixing it. I ordered replacement parts for the upper and lower hinge. The parts arrived quickly. I unscrewed the top hinge which was slightly bent. Set the door on its side and replaced the bent door stop and the broken Door Closure(this was the real cause of the problem). Put the door back on the bottom hinge and fastened the new top hinge in place. Like magic the door sealed like it should.
