William H Patterson , NY November 06, 2017 Appliance: Maytag Refrigerator RSW2200EAM Ice dispenser door would not open to release ice. The plastic on the strike ice door was broken which caused cam to slip. CAUTION: when I removed assembly, I also removed swith and cover. This allowed water to enter switch and shorted it out when power was reapplied. My mistake. I ordered strike is door, switch and seal on Monday and all arrived on Friday. Replaced parts in about 30 minutes and all is working like new. PS: the prices and availabilty could not be matched by anyone else. Way to Go, Appliance Parts Pro!!! Fixing took about 20 minutes. Only time consuming part was getting one spring in place because the space provided was small.
