Dishwasher fills with water heater works but no wash then water empties out

After removing the front door and observing a cycle could hear the relay on the control bd. for the pump click but pump did not function, used meter to determine I had 110v at the motor connection. Ordered and replaced motor and sump assy. Ordered Sunday received Thursday.
