Sy-Miau V Dougalston , NY December 01, 2015 Thanksgiving turkey broke my kitchenaid oven inner glass I watched the video on your site on how to replace the inner glass. It was so clear and easy to follow that my first replacement on my oven door was a success! You can't imagine how happy I was. I ordered afternoon of Thanksgiving and received on Saturday morning. I was worry when will I be able to have time off to fix this? That worry went away when the Fed Ex delivered the purchase Saturday morning. It took an hour for me to complete the project and clean al the gooey grease inside the door. People online seemed to fuss about hinges when reinstalling it. What I did is exact reverse how you remove the door, 45 degree angle. You will go in 90 degree in its retract position, open door 45 degree and give its bottom a push. Et Voila! She is in! No screw!! Only screws in this model are located in the bottom. Fastener to hold the side cover, to hold the front panel and to hold the inside panel and 5 screws around the glasses to hold them tight. Dennis M Nokomis , FL November 21, 2014 Appliance: Model KEFC300BWH11 Self cleaning oven had a broken interior glass How did I fix it? Lol, watched the video that the bride found on-line, then she ordered the part, which came by FedEx the next day - Pulled the door off the oven for yucks the day I watched the video - then put it back on figuring it would take a while for the part to come. Once the part came, went to take off the door again - unfortunately gripped the door too close to the hinge (might want to add that caution to your video) - took some time out to go to the local urgent care facility to get 5 stitches in the back of my thumb - upon return from that finished pulling the door apart and installing the glass - took about 10 minutes - piece of cake.
