Description
This water level pressure switch senses washer tub water height and tells the control when to fill, stop filling, or change cycles—helping restore correct fill levels and cycle operation. Fits common top-load and front-load washer designs. What it does:
- Detects water level via pressure signal and sends that input to the washer control.
- Stops fills when the correct water level is reached to prevent overfilling.
- Can cause symptoms such as overfilling, underfilling, washer not advancing cycles, or failure to detect water level when faulty.
- Works with the pressure hose and electrical connector to relay accurate pressure information.
